Are kiln-dried logs more environmentally friendly than traditional firewood options?
Yes, kiln-dried logs are more environmentally friendly than traditional firewood options. They burn hotter and cleaner, emitting less smoke and particulates, which reduces air pollution. Additionally, kiln-drying kills insects and fungi that may be present in the wood, preventing the spread of pests.
Your logs will be delivered in your selected option of either Large Crates/tonne sacks or smaller bags.
We typically use a hand pallet truck to move our logs and strive to deliver all products to any appropriate, easily accessible storage area. Should you have any concerns, please reach out to us, and we will be glad to assist.
Our logs are uniformly cut to a length of 8-10 inches, making them ideal for both wood-burning and multi-fuel stoves.
We assure you that your order will only contain high-quality hardwoods, as we procure all our firewood from sustainable sources, ensuring you receive the finest logs for burning.
